Following this approach, the main objectives of this course are:
A) Expose and reflect on the keys to understanding the leadership of the XXI Century,
B) skills and strategies as a driver of change in the organization
C) Provide tools to manage teams and enhance leadership optimally
D) Present the main current approaches to leadership, as well as subtlety and relevance in relation to the role and skills of the leader.
At the end of the training, a certificate will be awarded.
